1Balance

What customers pay on Loca reaches your wallet minus Loca’s commission. The wallet is open while an Orders plan is active.

Available	What you can withdraw right now
Pending	Withdrawals requested and on their way to your account
Locked	Held while your business is not yet verified

As soon as Loca verifies your business, the locked amount moves to “Available”.

2Withdrawing

Connect your account
Enter your bank, account number and holder name in the wallet’s “Settings”.

Enter an amount
Press “Withdraw” and enter an amount no larger than your available balance.

It is sent
The request shows as “Pending”, then in the transaction history once it reaches your account.

3Reports and analytics

The wallet report shows sales over the period you pick (before and after commission), the number of orders paid on Loca, and what you withdrew. Analytics charts sales by day, week or month, with your best and average day.
