Booking and paying
Pick a service, choose a time and pay online.

1Make a booking

Choose a service
Pick a service on the page of a business that takes bookings. Its price and duration are shown.

Choose a time
Pick from the free days and times. Times already booked do not appear.

Choose an artist
If the business allows it, choose who performs the service. If you do not, any artist can serve you.

Pay
Pay a deposit or the full price with QPay or SocialPay.

Confirmed
Once the payment arrives the booking is confirmed and you get a notification.
2My bookings
“Bookings” in the profile menu lists every upcoming and past booking with its payment status.
3Changing or cancelling
To change or cancel, contact the business by phone or Loca chat. The business moves or cancels the booking and records a note about the refund.
Whether a deposit is refunded is up to each business. Ask before you book.
