2Which reviews count more?
Reviews from customers who booked and paid on Loca carry a “Verified” badge, and weigh more in the business’s average rating.
If someone’s review helped you, press “Helpful”. You can sort reviews by the most helpful.
3Deleting and reporting
- Edit or delete your own reviews under “My reviews”.
- Report an inappropriate review and a Loca admin will look at it.
