As a business, you can claim your own page for free, put clear information in front of the public, and be reachable by the customers looking for you.

If you are a visitor, open that business’s page and suggest an edit — you can update the details there and send them in.

Your review is yours alone, and you can delete it yourself.

If a review someone else wrote is offensive, you can report it. A Loca admin reviews the report and removes the review if it should be removed.

Open locabiz from the site header, choose "Claim a business", find yours, and confirm it with your phone number.

Go to the business’s page and suggest an edit with the correct phone number. An admin reviews and verifies it; once the number has been changed, you can receive the one-time code on it and finish claiming. You can also contact a Loca admin directly.
